STEVE

Personal

Real Estate runs in the family: I began my career working with my Father, Julian, when I graduated from College. Soon, I began working for Gundaker Realtor, which became Coldwell Banker Gundaker.   For nearly thirty-five years, I have enjoyed guiding people through the process of buying and selling Real Estate.   My wife of 39 years, Julie, is also a licensed realtor sales associate and has assisted me for many years.

Julie and I are the proud parents of two sons. Andy is a 1999 graduate of John Burroughs School and a 2003 graduate of Emory University. Presently, he is employed in Private Equity in Atlanta.   Joey is a 2005 graduate of John Burroughs School, a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and a 2014 graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.   I am thrilled to have Joe move back in Saint Louis and join my Real Estate business. Not only is it a dream come true for me, Joe brings so much to the table! Youth, enthusiasm, business knowledge, a love of Saint Louis, and a lifetime interest in homes!   Joe is married to the former Kaitlin Rohlfing, also of Saint Louis.  They have a precious one-year-old daughter, Catherine Lilly, and a German Short Haired Pointer rescue named Millie!
